“Payment Instrument” includes UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and other supported methods.
“Course Content” means all video lessons, text materials, assessments, and downloadable resources provided as part of a course.
3. MERCHANT RIGHTS

4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

5. PROHIBITED ACTIONS

6. COURSE ACCESS, FEES & REFUNDS
Course access is granted for the specified duration mentioned on the course page.
Fees are clearly stated and non-refundable after 7 days of access or 10% course completion, whichever is earlier.
Select students may receive free access based on Edustack’s internal support policy.
7. REVIEWS & USER CONTENT
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences.
Reviews with offensive, false, or illegal content may be removed.
By submitting content (reviews, assignments), you grant us a license to use it for educational or promotional purposes.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Edustack Academy is not liable for:
Any data loss, payment gateway issues, or third-party service failures.
Technical problems, including site downtime or interruptions.
Any unauthorized access or data breaches not caused by our negligence.
9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute will be resolved through arbitration in Bengaluru as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Proceedings will be in English, and the seat of arbitration will be India.
Interim legal remedies (injunctions) may be pursued in Bengaluru courts.

Placement Policy & Conditions
At Edustack Academy, we are committed to supporting our students in building successful careers. Our placement assistance program is designed to help eligible students connect with the right opportunities. To ensure transparency and fairness, students must meet the following conditions to qualify for placement support
Attendance Requirement
Students must maintain a minimum of 85% attendance throughout the course. Regular participation ensures that students gain the complete knowledge and skills required for job readiness.
Completion of Course-Related Tasks
All assignments, projects, and course-related tasks must be completed within the given timelines. This helps us assess the student’s learning progress and practical understanding of the subject.
Mock Interview Performance
Students are required to attend and successfully clear the mock interview process. A maximum of three attempts will be given. This step is crucial in preparing students for real-world interviews and improving their confidence.
Location Flexibility
Students must be willing to relocate if required by the employer. Location preferences can sometimes limit opportunities, so flexibility is encouraged to increase the chances of securing a good role
Salary Range
Placement opportunities offered through Edustack Academy generally fall within the starting salary range of ₹10,000 to ₹25,000 per month. The exact package completely depends on your performance, skills, and the requirements of the hiring company.
Job Waiting Period
After successfully completing the course, students may need to wait 1 to 3 months to receive job opportunities through our placement assistance program. We work closely with our hiring partners to minimize delays and match candidates to suitable openings.
